MR8160A-128M is a high performance backend controller chip for Pwifi wireless HD baby monitor receiver, it consists of Pwifi baseband controller and MPEG4 decoder up to 720p@30fps with good quality. It supports panel display 90-degree rotation up to 720 x 1280 resolution for MIPI panel thru external MIPI controller or 480 x 854 resolution for IPS panel. It also consists of storage interface controller for SD card (Version 2.0) and graphic based OSD.

VGA video baby monitor

MR97319C-128M is a high performance controller chip for applying to 2.4G wireless baby monitor. It supports transmitter and receiver which transmitter can support CMOS and CCD image sensors with resolution up to 3M pixels with CCIR656 input interface. Receiver works with sRGB/CCIR656 up to 480×272 resolution TFT LCD/LCM interface controller, storage interface controller for SD card, graphic based OSD and SPI-flash. Both transmitter and receivers support video resolution of VGA@15fps or QVGA@30fps with MJPEG encoder and decoder engine.
